Pail washer PW-6 is specially customized as per the pail cleaners requirement of the customers so is designed with customized 6 pail rack to wash 6 pails in unit wash cycle using the PW-Series. This pail cleaners is particularly used to wash the interior and exterior of gallon pails contaminated with inks from their printing process.   It uses a high pressure wash pump with the help of which the PW-6 is able to wash ink residue from the interior and exterior surfaces of their parts.

PW-6 pail cleaners will let you able to reuse the same washing solution multiple times, rather than wasting dollars replacing dirty solvent after each wash cycle and to choose the number of cycles while controlling the various other operational aspects of the unit by using our programmable logic controller (PLC).  This pail cleaners saved the printing company a substantial amount of money by not having to continually buy expensive washing solution.

Explosion proof option is alsi integrated to make sure overall safety of the pail cleaners system as the solvents are volatile compounds and are highly explosive. Application of such explosion resistance motors, controls, and air purged control panel helps to reach the customer’s satisfaction and has done so reliably.
